The Short Answer
For high-density chutes and flexible expansion, 3D Sorter X integrates chutes into a modular extension structure. It combines with the standard 3D Sorter base machine to add length and chutes as needed, increasing the destination capacity of the existing system. Mechanical throughput is 11,000 pcs/h with 2,500 customizable chutes. It adds directly to the 3D Sorter base machine. Depending on the original configuration and site conditions, chute count can reach 4–5 times the pre-expansion level.

When You Need the 3D Sorter X
For space-constrained warehouses, insufficient existing chutes or growing upstream picking workloads that create more sorting destinations. Expansion can be phased around promotional peaks, business growth, store expansion and returns.

Plan extension length and module combinations around available space, equipment layout and additional chute requirements. Add length and chutes as needed so expansion fits actual site conditions.
